Increase in Organic Traffic
Increase in Revenue
Webb's Water Gardens is an established ecommerce retailer specializing in pond supplies, koi, water gardening equipment, and aquatic products, with strong brand recognition and decades of authority in the industry.
The homepage had evolved over years and no longer matched how customers actually searched, navigated, or bought. The brand and catalog were strong, but the page put too much weight on outdated layouts and not enough on product discovery, trust, and conversion, creating friction right at the top of the funnel.
The gain didn't come from a visual refresh. We treated the homepage as the intersection of SEO, user experience, merchandising, analytics, and conversion. Every section had a job: help visitors find what they needed faster while reinforcing trust and moving them toward purchase. The result was a homepage that didn't just look better, it performed better.
RESULTS
In roughly 90 days from planning to measurement, the redesign and supporting work drove approximately a 22% increase in organic traffic and a 25% increase in revenue. Visitors engaged more with key categories and promotions, the page served both new and returning customers better through the buying journey, and the new structure became a foundation for ongoing SEO, merchandising, and conversion work rather than a one-time project.
